Caring For Caregivers Equine Gestalt Circle
Caring for a loved one strains even the most resilient people. If you’re a caregiver, take steps to preserve your own health and well-being.
The Mayo Clinic
If you have or are caring for a spouse, parent, child, or loved one this is for you.
I lived in the role of a caregiver for 5 1/2 years with my husband. He was first diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease, then developed blood cancer, and had many complications. He saw doctors in Denver, CO, Rochester, MN, Houston, TX, and Kansas City. We drove over 57,000 miles during his care.
During this time I quit my full-time job and started the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method® program. It was my saving grace while caring for my husband. Now I’m a Master Equine Gestaltist and I want to help others who are giving care to a loved one.
As caregivers, we tend to give our all to the loved one we’re caring for. We also need to take care of ourselves, we can’t give from an empty well. Please join me in this sacred place where you will feel safe and understood by me, other caregivers, and the horses.

I accept that my coach may provide any insight and referral for me to seek therapy if they identify a need.
