Sunset Connections
A Women’s Circle with Horses, Heart & Healing
A weekly midweek reset with nature, horses, and sacred sisterhood.
Wednesdays | 6:30 PM–8:00 PM | Oskaloosa, KS
You’ve been pouring from an empty cup. Overloaded. Under-nurtured. Running on connection fumes.
It’s time to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.
Sunset Connections is your mid-week reset—an invitation to step away from the chaos and into a peaceful evening of reflection, restoration, and real connection.
Surrounded by nature, guided by the wisdom of horses, and held in sacred sisterhood, this is more than a gathering. It’s a chance to reclaim your center.
What You’ll Experience
- Meaningful, heart-opening conversations that nourish your spirit
- Gentle, intuitive horses who support your inner work—no riding involved
- Guided meditations to quiet the noise and reconnect with your truth
- Connection with women who are craving something deeper—just like you
- Awe-inspiring sunsets that remind us there’s still beauty in the world
Why Horses?
Horses don’t care what’s on your to-do list. They don’t expect you to be polished or perfect.
They simply invite you to be present—and in that space, transformation begins.
As emotionally attuned, non-judgmental beings, horses reflect what we often hide from ourselves.
Their presence offers clarity, calm, and connection in a way that words alone never could.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need horse experience to attend? Do I need a horse?
No! My healing herd will be there to guide you. You won’t be riding or leading horses. The horses will be at liberty (free in their space) and serve as intuitive companions during our time together. Their presence supports reflection and emotional awareness—no previous experience needed.
What should I wear or bring?
Please wear closed-toe shoes (required for safety) and dress for the weather—we’ll be outside. Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a blanket if you’d like one for sitting or wrapping around you. In case of rain, we’ll meet in a covered area.
Is this a therapy group?
No. This is a personal growth and reflection experience, not a clinical therapy session. Susan Bloom is a certified Master Equine Gestaltist®, guiding you through mindful connection and heart-centered conversation in a safe, nurturing environment.
What happens during a session?
Each session is a little different, but you can expect calming time with the horses, guided meditation or grounding exercises, meaningful discussion, and time to journal or reflect—all set against the backdrop of a beautiful Kansas sunset.
Is it okay if I come alone?
Absolutely! Many women come on their own and leave feeling deeply connected. You’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive space, whether you arrive solo or with a friend.
Can I come to just one session? Or do I need to commit to all?
You’re welcome to attend one, some, or all sessions. Each circle stands on its own and is designed to offer value no matter how often you come.
What is the refund policy?
Payment is due when you schedule. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, this gathering is for adults only.
