Expecting “end results”ā€”such as wealth and abundance, health and harmony, friends and laughterā€”in broad brushstrokes is part of the secret formula,Ā Susan, for manifesting the life of your dreams.

Expecting your path to follow aĀ certain route to be your deliveranceā€”is just plain messing with the ā€œcursed howsā€ and severely limits my options.

Cool?

The Universe

P.S. Release any expectations you may have of how you think your dreams will come true,Ā Susan, but by all means, with every fiber of your being, expect that they will, as you busy yourself enjoying who and where you already are.

Moving Forward with Courage into 2025

This Touched By A HorseĀ® Summit is slated to be the last one. Melisa is moving to British Columbia, Canada and says she will not be doing them anymore. There may be something else in store.

As I said goodbye to Lil Bit North Ranch in Elizabeth there was some sadness. There was also a time for release.

Although I have never lived in Colorado, I was close enough in western Kansas that it was an easy drive. I remember one time when someone asked why I didnā€™t fly, and I told them that the closest airport is in Denver. Itā€™s not, however, it didnā€™t make any sense to drive 90 miles east to go back west or drive 85 miles to fly to Dallas Forth Worth and then to Denver. Iā€™m sure either one would have taken more time than the three-and-a-half hours it took me to drive.

Horses runningNavigating Lifeā€™s Transitions: Lessons in Overcoming the Fear of Big Shifts

Iā€™m happy for Melisa and her husband’s change. You need to be courageous to make that kind of change.

A lot of us get stuck in fear when creating big shifts in our lives. Itā€™s scary. The whole idea of moving can get overwhelming. I know it has been for me every time I have moved. Iā€™ve put off getting things ready, and then itā€™s a big push at the end.

With this move, I started decluttering in December of 2020, unsure when or if Iā€™d be moving. I knew that I needed to reduce the amount of stuff I had. When it finally came time to pack stuff up, I realized that I hadnā€™t purged as much stuff as I thought, and itā€™s felt like a never-ending task. I now have a few items of furniture that I donā€™t want to move, and if I donā€™t sell them. Iā€™m considering one more U-Haul to take them to Oskaloosa and put them to work.

Finding Completion in 2024: Creating Space for New Beginnings

When I came into 2024, I did a word of the year exercise. My word is completion. I had some bookwork that got behind while Mike was sick and that is really close to being caught up. Weā€™ve had two contracts on the house in Oakley that have fallen through. Iā€™d like to get that completed and feel like Iā€™m totally moved out of that house. I would like to have my decluttering/organizing lady come help me finish getting the house in Oskaloosa organized so that can feel complete. Then I will have more peace in my life, and I wonā€™t feel like a gypsy anymore.

Do you have changes coming? Would you like to have a plan for 2025? Iā€™ll be putting out more information about a Look Back Look Forward event. Join me in completing 2024 and moving forward with confidence into 2025. Click the button to chat with me about your move forward.
