Do you ever get mired in muck? Last night as I sat down to write this, I was listening to a storm raging outside. I had rushed out to feed before it hit ā€“ I didnā€™t quite make it. Weā€™ve had storms three out of the last four nights and Iā€™m tired of my dry lots being muddy.

But I digress, that’s not the type of barnyard muck Iā€™m talking about. You know the type we all have some of it. Some past event has led to negative feelings that creep into the moment.

It’s impossible for people and cows to give their best when bogged down in barnyard muck.
Cow Wisdom

Last night I was looking for the quote to the right. I knew I had saved it somewhere. I couldnā€™t find it my files. I couldnā€™t find the quote on Google. I spent hours looking.

I had gotten up early to have breakfast with a friend and I was tired, so I went to bed. This morning I had other things to do so it waited until late afternoon. Then I did a guided visualization and within a few short minutes I found it. I donā€™t know what the muck was that was hiding it from me, but it was released.

Iā€™ve had many major life changes over the last two years or so. Iā€™ve been trying to figure out what is keeping me stuck. Iā€™ve made some major decisions but canā€™t seem to get on with it.

Looking toward the future.

Earlier this week I may have figured out what the muck is thatā€™s keeping me stuck. It will be hard for me to get my feet out of this barnyard muck. My intention is to do just that.

This is something that happened in my tween and early teen years. It has affected my life ever since. I did much work around it while I was in the Equine Gestalt CoachingĀ® program and Iā€™m now feeling that I have one more thing to do before itā€™s clear.
