My Touched By A HorseĀ® Herdmates will understand this. I think Melisa Pearce has said this at least once at every Core (training workshop) Iāve been to. Someone would be coaching another student and would ask Melisa for help or show signs of confusion. Melisa would say Trust The Process.
As coaches she wanted us to know that we had the tools to coach and we needed to honor that by trusting that the process would guide us and our clients to the right place. The clients have their answers inside them.
Trust The Process. The process of our lives. Trust that everything will work out the way it is intended to.
Trust The Process. The fact that my body has cancer is part of the process. Iām giving that cancer no other option but to leave my body. Part of that process has been surgery. A part has been chemotherapy. Part of that process will be radiation. Part of that process is as yet unknown. I am trusting that the process will bring me through with a cancer-free body once again.
Part of my process has been with my horses. Learning what great healers they are. Iāve always known that. I now see how deeply they can and want to help us. When I go into the pen with my mares they will crowd around me trying to help me. Trust The Process.
Part of my process has been expressing myself through metal art and photography.
Part of my process has been this writing that I have been doing over the last several months.
Trust The Process!
Trust the process to find your River of Dreams.
Billy Joel explains trusting the process when he wrote River of Dreams at about 6 minutes in this video.
